Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!

Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of your DELIVERY DATE. 

No Refunds // Store Credit Only

We hope that you love all your purchases from True Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. All online orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 days of your delivery date. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for store credit!

If you still wish to return items after the 7 days, there will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE deducted from your store credit.

Items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.  Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE: ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, JEWELRY and SWIMWEAR. LAST ONES and ANY ITEMS WITH DETACHED TAGS will not be accepted. Any items marked on sale will NOT be accepted for return. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
